Harvard College welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities.

If you would like to request accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact the appropriate office or person in advance of your participation or visit. 

• College Students: to request individual accommodations, please contact the Disability Access Office (DAO) at dao@fas.harvard.edu or 617-496-8707.
• Dean of Students Offfice Staff: for workplace accommodations, please email dso@fas.harvard.edu and ask for the message to be shared with the Assistant Director of Administration and Human Resources (in that person’s absence, with the DSO Executive Director). Your request may involve coordination with FAS Human Resources.
• Proctors and Tutors: for workplace accommodations, please contact University Disability Resources (UDR) at disabilityresources@harvard.edu or 617-495-1859.
• Event attendees: please contact the event organizer, listed in the event announcement.
• All others: to make an accommodation inquiry or request, please contact University Disability Resources (UDR) at disabilityresources@harvard.edu or 617-495-1859.

Requests for American Sign Language interpreters and/or CART (captioning) providers should be made at least two weeks in advance. Please note that Harvard will make every effort to secure services, but that services are subject to availability.
